Our Kickboxing Skills & Techniques class utilizes the fundamentals of "The Art of Eight Limbs," focusing on techniques, footwork, and conditioning. Students will learn essential strikes, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, while developing proper stance, balance, and defensive skills like blocking and clinching. Through partner drills and pad work, participants build coordination, strength, and confidence in a supportive environment. This class emphasizes discipline, respect, and the cultural roots of Muay Thai, preparing students for progression to more advanced levels. No prior experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.

BOXING SKILLS & TECHNIQUES
Boxing Skills and Techniques is designed for beginners and pros to learn and master the fundamentals of boxing in a dynamic and supportive environment. Students will focus on techniques, including proper stance, footwork, jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts, while developing defensive skills like slipping, bobbing, and weaving. Through bag work, mitt drills, and light partner exercises, participants build speed, power, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. The class emphasizes discipline, focus, and the strategic aspects of boxing, catering to all fitness levels with no prior experience required, setting a strong foundation for future skill development.
