Build strength, endurance, discipline, and confidence with this full-body workout. These 60-minute classes include conditioning, technique, pads, and bag work. And while our HIIT classes are cardio-focused (you will be leaving drenched in sweat), our coaches also include technique based rounds to help you grow in your discipline.
