Kickboxing/ Boxing HIIT
Build strength, endurance, discipline, and confidence with this full-body workout. Classes will include conditioning, technique, pads, bag work, clinch work, and light sparring.
Learn the fundamental skills and techniques needed to be a true kickboxer and boxer. This class will utilize the heavy bags as well as partner and mitt work while also incorporating conditioning drills and exercises. These classes are a fantastic way to learn the sport of kickboxing and boxing while also getting a full body workout.
